Mop Coding Instructions
a) The first digit stands for the mop type
b) The second digit stands for the fiber type
c) The third digit stands for the fiber variation
d) The 4th up until the 8th digits stand for the title and plies
Digits 4-6 stand for the yarn title expressed in English Count:
040=.40 | 060=.60 | 100=1.00 | 200= 2.00 | 250=2.50
Digits 7-8 stand for the # of plies:
04=4 ply | 05=5ply | 08= 8ply | 12= 12ply
For Example, with a .40/4 ply, the code will be = 04004
e) The 9th up until the 12th digit stand for the mop # and true weight
For Example, with a #8 of 5 oz., Code = 0805 or #12 of 12 oz., Code= 1212
For Loop End mops, Deck Mops and Finish/Waxer Mops or items with sizes instead of numbers :
Small = SM | Medium = MD | Large = L | X-Large = XL
For Example, a Small with a weight of 12 oz., Code = SM12
With Dust Mops that use the mop's size:
For Example, 5"x24"= Code: 0524
For Example, 3.5"x24" = Code: 3524
f) The 13th up until the 14th digit stand for the headband options:
On Dust Mops, the 13th Digit Stands for the dust mop type:
